Instructions for transmission system users

A gas supplier or trader that is a Transmission System User, or intends to become a Transmission System User, must be a member of a balance group.
The information on the members of the balance group are provided to the Transmission System Operator by the Balance Responsible Party (BRP).

The BRP submits capacity booking requests for the members of its balance group - for details, see the instruction on Contracting Capacities at Entries and Exits in the RC, i.e. the instruction on Contracting Capacities at an Interconnection

Therefore, the Transmission System User submits to its BRP the information for booking the transmission system capacity it intends to contract.

A gas supplier or trader that is a Transmission System User, or intends to become a Transmission System User, shall carry out the following:

 

The User shall deliver the company information needed for drafting the Contract to the Transmission System Operator: transport@plinacro.hr.
The Transmission System Operator shall open a user account for the Transmission System User, assign a password and provide user instructions in SUKAP platform.

The Transmission System User shall conclude a Gas Transmission Contract and/or Interconnection Gas Transmission Contract, under which it can book transmission system capacities at entry and exit point in the Republic of Croatia and/or interconnection points (for details - see the instruction on Contracting Capacities at Entries and Exits in the RC, i.e. the instruction on Contracting Capacities at an interconnection).

General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Gas Transmission Service, forming Annex I. to the Transmission System Network Code apply to the gas transmission contracts and interconnection gas transmission contracts.
